John is our realtor for life! He recently helped us sell our home & then helped us navigate buying the new one. He goes above & beyond the basics – both in selling & buying. We helped Sylvia and Bill sell their home $35,000 over list price! We negotiated in their behalf a rent back for 2 months after settlement so they could find, purchase and settle on their new home (realtor owned) for $20,000 less then list price and we then negotiated another $15,000 in seller subsidy.
