Since John was very professional, efficient, attentive, and helpful in selling of our investment property offering us wise advice regarding pricing, staging, timing, and many other aspects of the sale, I used John again a year later in the purchase of my new home. John again was both helpful, resourceful and patient as I was determining where I wanted to live. Ultimately, I purchased a new home. Knowing the market, having done his homework John and I worked together as team to convince the builder to agree to allow me to purchase a lot in another phase of the development which we were told initially was not an option. We also negotiated the model type, desired exterior color package, elevation along with an additional financial credit. The sales rep stated we’ve never offered these before and management will mostly likely not accept. In fact, John also read and highlighted for me the builder contract bring to my attention any potential concerns, important delivery dates, etc. Ultimately, management accepted, we went to settle a 8 months later. John even showed up at the walk through inspection and pointed out a few items that need to be addressed.
