I had a phenomenal experience working with John and his team. I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work, commitment and dedication in helping us find our new home here in Victory Lakes. John listened to what we had to say which seems rare these days unfortunately. He took all our needs/wants to heart as if he was buying his own home. I ended up being out of town for 5 days after submitting the offer. Working with John was like having a personal assistant which made a HUGE difference in getting everything done on time. After submitting the offer on 12/30, it was a great feeling knowing while I was out of town John was hard at work getting the short sale approval on Jan 4th which successfully postponed a pending foreclosure on the 6th and our dream home lost. He worked with the HOA to provide a survey saving us additional money at closing, managed to get HOA requested repairs postponed, worked with the seller on getting needed repairs done and even inspected them for us, etc. We truly believe that no other agent could have accomplished the impossible.
